Annual Banquet/Annual Club Celebration

Our club ends each Rotary year with a Family of Rotary banquet where we highlight what we have accomplished for the past year and welcome in the new Rotary year. This event is always a highlight for our members, their families and community members. This year the event will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024.

Each year three awards are given out to individuals who have exemplified the Rotary motto "Service Above Self". For the 2023 celebration, the recipients of the Charles Hudson's Citizen of the Year were three members of the LaGrange Police Department's Community Outreach Unit while Jeff Wright was named the Rotarian of the Year for his work on the club's weekly bulletin. The Barbara Henigin Above and Beyond Service Award was presented to Susan Ferguson for her efforts in brining in new members. The event was held at the Hills and Dales visitation center.

Three of the six Rotary Youth Challenge Graduates also attended the event and were honored for their commitment to the program.

The costs from this event comes from the members' yearly dues while guests are charged $30.

The pictures that are attached to this project are from our 2023 celebration and will be replaced after this year's event.
