FAMILY OF ROTARY

Our membership cares deeply about the needs and concerns of our members. We don’t want to miss an opportunity to reach out in friendship when such concerns arise. The chairperson of this committee is Lynne Lindsey and all news should be directed to her at lynnehlindsay@outlook.com

President's Message
Defining the Dash

This week we learned more about the great history of our club from Maurice Hilliard and some of the experiences which defined his dash between 1966 and 1967. He stood at the head of the line of past presidents and continued the long-standing tradition of passing the Past Presidents pin to our newest member Lynne Lindsay. Thank you, past presidents, for sharing the memories that filled your Dash.

Coach McFarlin shared with us his vision for this years tournament and gave us inspiration with this years mantra “Like minded same passion, one goal”. With his team leading the charge for the club and by focusing on the process associated with organizing and delivering a great golf and tennis experience. I am sure together with Rich Austin and Mindy Jones, this year tournament is going to be a huge success.

I hope you made it out to Cops N Cars at Roswell City Hall on Sunday. Leslie Bassett did a great job of stepping up and leading a group of volunteers to help our cities finest raise money for the kids of our city. If you see an opportunity like Cops N Cars in which you have a passion for, speak up and add it to the Dash of 2021-2022.
